Marvin Haines joined the McLean Bible Church (MBC) staff in May of 2001 just after graduating from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a minor in Music. Marvin currently serves as the Director Technology and Production and oversees all of MBC's technical infrastructure and live production departments for their five locations around the Washington DC area. Marvin also is the Front of House Audio Engineer for MBC's main broadcast site mixing both the live in room services as well as the online broadcast mix at their main Tysons Virginia location. Marvin is very passionate about leadership development and enjoys managing and growing his team. When not working his primary job, Marvin enjoys freelance production work mixing audio for many local bands around the Loudoun County Virginia area as well as providing AV consulting and integration services for many smaller churches across throughout Virginia. Marvin has played in the Capital Wind Symphony, the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra, the Belmont Brass Quintet and the Worship Orchestra of Washington.
